網(wǎng)帶式烘干機采用高溫抗拉鋼絲網(wǎng)帶,熱風加熱,均勻受熱,配有無極變速機,根據(jù)物料厚度和含水率調(diào)整進料進度,以達到理想的烘干效果。
1.工作原理
設(shè)備采用耐高溫抗拉鋼絲網(wǎng)帶在運行中上下兩層網(wǎng)帶同步運行,要烘干的物料在上下兩層網(wǎng)帶中間由上下網(wǎng)帶夾持運行進行烘干。
2.干燥系統(tǒng)
采用科學的烘干原理,用離心風機直接把熱風爐內(nèi)的熱風注入機內(nèi)的上下風箱中,熱風通過上下風箱的噴嘴吹到運行中單板的上下兩個網(wǎng)面,使單板受熱均勻,從而起到烘干的作用。
3.傳動系統(tǒng)
刨切單板由進料口送入機內(nèi),由上下網(wǎng)帶夾持相對運行,通過上下噴嘴以達到烘干效果。
4.控制系統(tǒng)
采用無極變速機根據(jù)您的單板厚度和含水率調(diào)整進料速度,以達到理想烘干效果。
5.加熱系統(tǒng)
可采用油加熱、電加熱、氣加熱、熱風加熱。
6.進料口寬度
1.35—3米可選擇。
7.干燥物料
單板:薄0.3毫米,厚4毫米。紙板及其它顆粒狀物料根據(jù)厚度及含水量確定烘干量。
